i think it has to be Hanzo i mean the guy fights all 3 sannin but can't beat a samurai. What do u guys think??

Yea i have to agree with you, they made him strong enough to take on all the kage that was pretty much BS.

imo Danzo, he was pretty much intimidating until he fought sasuke.
