It's a tie between Minato and Itachi. Together they are indirectly responsible for most of the pointless threads on the base. Naruto and Sasuke are tied for a close second (or third I guess since you skip one after a tie) for the same reason.

None. I do however find kabuto's personality rather annoying.
The dude is happy to play the role of a bitch. Some people might call it playing it safe. Example is was sasori's bitch, then oro's bitch, tobi's bitch now he is begging madara to become his bitch.

Besides he hasnt been in a proper fight yet and i find that annoying.
