1.Doflamingo...need I say more?
2.Zouken Matou (fate stay zero, dude irritated me to the core after he adopted Sakura and how he manipulated his son's feelings)
3.Obito Uchiha (every incarnation before kaguya arc)

Doflamingo has manipulated so many innocents that it's not even funny, his nonchalant attitude towards the death of his many followers is despicable. The way he used Bellamy against luffy was just plain sadistic, he didn't even remotely care that this man pledged his life to him, it's worse to draw out suffering then to kill someone, he even knew he'd be killed, that's psychological warfare. Plus he freaking killed Corazon, Corazon was amazing, the way he stood up for law and the bs he put himself through just for doffy to casually kill him. And made his death seem like nothing, doflamingo pisses me off to no end, there so much more that he has done to just piss off OP fans and OP verse.
