The dude was hyped to have copied 1000 techniques, yet hasnt even displayed techniques in the double digits yet.
Then he loses the sharingan so people are thinking he will display at least a few new moves, but no he only became even more of a fodder. That is a manga fact, he even stated himself how useless he is without Sharingan, AND Obito stated that as well.

But then when he gets Sharingan again, what does he do? He reaches into the deepest chasms of his ASS, and pulls out the BIGGEST Asspull of the series, just so he can be relevant once again.

The others I guess I can understand though I don't necessarily agree with some, but what makes you hate Darui and Omoi? Darui is a chill ass dude with kickass jutsu and Omoi punted Sakura like a football, which was funny even if you're a Sakura fan.
