Most hated character inside Narutoverse?

I'm not talking about us readers of the manga and watchers of the anime.
I'm talking about the Narutoverse itself. There are three criteria taken in account:

1. Most hated character by the regular citizens of the Villages?
2. Most hated character by the other characters inside the NV?
3. Overall time-lapse included. Not just EOS. During the entire series, from beginning till end.

**Real hatred needs to exist, even to the point of killing. ( Ex: Naruto's hatred towards Pain during their battle or Part 1 Sasuke hatred towards Itachi).

Example:
Itachi being hated by the Uchiha memebrs part 1, being hated by the Konoha citizens (as proven when Sasuke and Obito visited Konoha secretly).
Itachi being hated by the characters Sasuke part 1, Deidara, Orochimaru, Kabuto (before Izanami effect).

I don't think it'd be Itachi. He was seen as a traitor/criminal but there wasn't a very strong negative stigma about him since he only killed the Uchiha clan members. yeah Sauce, Kabuto (in izanami state) and Deidara disliked him.

I'd say someone like the Kyuubi would be more acceptable since it killed several konoha citizens and the hatred was so strong, Naruto became a scapegoat.

Why would people hate Itachi? He literally killed the people Konoha's elders were trying to remove, and I'm sure the people of the Leaf didn't cry themselves to sleep when the Uchiha were gone lmfao.

I can see someone like Orochimaru just being disliked worldwide.

I say the answer is different among different people around the narutoverse. People in the sand village might hate the Shukaku or some mass serial killer. And people in the land of stone might have a grudge against a political figure.

The most hated people are probably Madara and Obito for OBVIOUS reasons.

Hinata is probably pretty hated by her Clan, for one, being of the main branch. Two marrying outside of the Hyuuga. And not embracing his status.
