Well if Gai sensei didn't spend most of his time playing with Kakashi I might have voted for him

It's obviously Lee. When it comes to training, he probably does it the second most of any series character.

It's either Rock Lee or Sasuke. He spent his childhood training to make his dad proud, and then to kill his brother and to rival Naruto. And of course he did a lot of training with Orichimaru.... And I think it's pretty obvious regarding Lee.

IDK why you think sasuke is a hardworking type when he is clearly a genius type, but thats your opinion.
