Most Fearless Character?

Well I'm sure there are several characters who lack fear whatsoever be it death, torture, etc.
What would be a good way to judge characters' fear levels when they were not afraid of anything they were put against? Whoever endured the harsher thing?

Whoops I guess you're only talking about the two characters in the poll... in that case I can't speak much of Whitebeard but I'm pretty sure Madara held fear before.
