Sasuke by far. The war arc has just been one instance. Sasuke has been fighting everyday since he left to train with Oro.

Naruto or Sai, Naruto uses Shadow Clones so much it multiplies his experience, and Sai was a Ninja before Naruto, Sasuke, or Sai.

Definitely Sai.. Danzo literally throws his subordinates into combat and dangerous situation and forces them to kill one another to join ROOT. Hell he sent Fuu and Torune to there doom against Obito
