These guys are really creepy and evil, they kill without any remorse for their action, killing is a mere act of plaything for them and feel free to post anyone who u think is really evil .....=D

Griffith from Berserk. He's actually a selfish demon that only wants to achieve his goal and doesn't care about other people their lives, but he somehow managed to let people think he is the saviour of the world. And now the whole world worships him. He also killed all his friends and raped his bestfriend's girlfriend.

That's the most evilish character I've ever known.

So unfair, someone should mention Friend from 20th Century Boys:
You must be registered for see images

I mean, he's the guy that formed a cult around his person, proclaiming to be the one who would led his followers towards salvation, conspired to kill the leaders of rival cults, formed a political party that eventually took over Japan, started terrorist attacks -to frame another person and eventually portray that person as the ultimate evil he, Friend, must defeat-, commercialized some heavy drugs, murdered ruthlessly...and no one talks about him??? ._. He's probably not the number 1, but I think he must be somewhere in a top 10 of evil characters...

These two I would definitely agree with. In general Seinen villains tend to be a lot more evil than Shounen villains because they have darker motives and more room for doing screwed up stuff. Griffith in particular has done some really screwed up stuff, considering the circumstances it made sense WHY he did some things but even then he goes very, very far to further his own goals and it's pretty tragic to see.

Another one I'd have to mention is Dio Brando from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure though. Probably the most scumbag Shounen villain I've ever seen. In particular he shows how much of a douche he is in part 1 of the series, doing pretty much anything to piss off the protagonist like kissing the girl he likes and burning his dog.
