There are hundreds of awesome jutsus that I can't even decide a top favorite for myself, but Tsukoyomi is definitely there.

Shinra Tensei. Flying above while having Pein's BGM (or a post-rock song like from Maybeshewill, or Two Steps From Hell) and some lighting effects. That's smoking awesome.
