Also in the Anime when Sasuke and Itachi's battle ended and Itachi pokes Sasuke's forehead before face slaming into the wall and falling over. Sasuke looks down at him for a brief second then the episode abruptly ends. that got me too.

Naruto is the best anime for emotional stuff from the big 3.

A special mention but something that didn't make the list would be Itachi finding closure and saying goodbye to Sasuke right after undid the Edo Tensei. Those flashbacks were sad, even Sasuke looked Sad.
