Most Disliked character?

Here on NB, whether it's for a character's personality, techniques, or their actions, a lot of characters get dissed for their role in the manga. My question for you NB is, who do you think gets the most hate here on NB?
Edit: Seems like the obvious answer is Sakura. So exclude her, who is the most hated BESIDES Sakura?

Despite not being that bad of a character, Sakura recieves the most hate from NB.....

I personally give her a 3/5....good points for medical skill, fighting prowess, and becoming a good friend for Naruto over time. Negative for having a bad personality in part I and her lies during the Kage Summit arc (especially since she knew she would be **** blocking Hinata)
