sasuke : ever since receiving his MS he just became a disappointment he just relies on it pretty much all the time and lost all of his analytic skills and gets his ass kicked left and right

madara : turned from the smartest most calculating to an arrogant egg head in a matter of 2-3 chapters

obito : never shuts up lost even when he was the jubbi jin because he cant shut up and fight and even now he is suppose to be dead yet he is still talking.

minato : he was over hyped i expected him to be much cooler personality wise not just in fighting but i was wrong every time he opens his mouth its about something irrelevant

im tired seeing chidori already, 1000 jutsu's my ass try 6 I've seen kamui, chidori, a genjutsu, fireball, water dragon and a wall (summonings don't count)

Lee - barely been given any panel time in Shippuden. Damn Kishi.
Neji - his death should have been given more of an impact, but as I went through past chapters, I saw how Kishi made references to his fight against Naruto. 'Twas pretty smart. He's barely been given any panel time in Shippuden too. Kishi has something against Gai's team.
Tobirama - hate how Kishi gave him FTG. Being the creator of Kage Bunshin and ET would have been enough and I was really hoping to see monstrous Suiton tbh after seeing Madara's Mokuton and how the power scaling's increased since Part 1. Only seen 1 Suiton jutsu so far
Kakashi - the dude's still amazingly smart and puts his Kamui to good use as seen against Obito but I've seen far too much of Kamui now. Although I can't blame him considering he's going up against the Juubi's host.
Gai - he's actually not disappointed me. Kishi's given him panel time and a bit of character development.

KABUTO
-Izanami was the worst end to a fight ever

HANZO
-Hasn't been shown more. Anime made him look innocent and not the corrupted leader original suggested.

MEI
-No. f*cking. Backstory.

OBITO
-Not entirely sure what he's still doing around. Got defeated in the Kamui dimension. Never resolved the Sasuke/Obito relationship.

SUIGETSU
-Genuinely can't think of anything.

Title says it all. What is the most disappointing thing you find concerning your favourite character(s)?

I'll start first

Kakashi

- Became a Naruto fanboy

- Became a Kamui spammer when his speciality is ninjutsu. I used to look at him as the real ninja in the manga, but i don't have that same vision of him anymore since the Kamui crap. I personally don't like that jutsu

Minato

- Showed no elementary ninjutsu as of late eventhough it was stated he has one

- We may not see his rasen chourinbu kousanshiki

I'm calling BS on that. If I was given a dollar for every time you've wanked Kamui....
