Tobi, nagato, hiden, sasori and ofc Kisame- the rest are just push overs with reputations which misleading ppl in to thinking their badass who can solo anything. thats just my opinion.
i say kisame cuz he got heart, most of all he's a real chuck norris.
i say hiden cuz once's his ritrual take's effect game over.(and immortal)
i say nagato cuz i relaize prime nagato would have been epik just by what kishi showed when he gave us a tase of nagato true power.
i say tobi cuz lol the manga should tell you why.
sasori, well once's he gets iron sand or 1000 pupets on the field your screwed.
(unless you got a granny mei)
most might say where is itachi-i say finding out he had help pwiping a clan, well that made me think just how much help was given and why should i not think he only killed his parents and tobi did all the work? (after all nobody knew tobi ability to not be touch certain time in the battle) (except Minato)
don't get me wrong itachi is my fav char, it's just that well, most people hold him as the strongest cuz he got a mirror and sword for sealing, and gen jutsu skills, but what most people don't get is what happens when the writer makes either sasuke or naruto or kabuto do a move that shatters those items what then?
