That and when Jiraiya got choked by one of the paths when he was fighting them. And Shisui letting his guard down and Danzo defeating him w/ one arm as well as taking his eye in conclusion. When Naruto falcon punched Sasuke so hard that he went flying backwards more than 20ft back at VotE.

The destruction of Konoha by Pain (Pain would have made an excellent true villain if he wasn't TNJ'd)
Obito versus the Mist ninja
Madara versus the Allied Shinobi Forces (those ninja were the definition of fodder)

On-Topic: The Zabuza and Haku fight. There was blood everywhere and by-far the most graphic in all of naruto. I miss when Naruto was like that.... The closest to it (and almost just as graphic) to ever happen again was the Obito vs the Mist Anbu fight. Gah... We need more violence/blood. :\
