The most useless attempt at hokage is danzo.

Actual hokage.. you know, it was tobi until recent sooo ..


I can't make my mind up.

Danzo was only a candidate he wasn't official and he was more of a stand in for Tsunade since she wasn't available

OT: I say Tobirama was since he was so strict and he is the only kage I haven't seen do anything funny besides when he told Hashirama to be quiet when they were brought back :3

Who is the Most boring Hokage in your opinion?

mine is tsunade. wat about you?

Considering I am only now seeing some dead hokage fight i will say they are the more boring ones and Tsunade/Hashirama are the best in terms of this.

They have great personalities, plus we've seen tsunade in her reign and not them. I think we know tsunade's traits better than the others.
