Like I said, annoyance depends on the individual character. You're lacking empathy, you're judging others based on your own personal feelings, which is biased.

Yeah, other characters cry. But at least they also do things.

And if a character has an annoying voice, no shit we'll find them annoying.

No one likes her because she is a whine little scrub.

She uses others to get what she wants and cryed the whole series.

And she almost got naruto killed multi times for her own selfish reasons.

She cries every other episode. She does nothing at all, she is just there.
I never said Naruto wasn't annoying, I just find her and Iruka the most annoying characters.

really? Nobody says Tenten? Not one person says Tenten. I see Itachi and Tobirama but not Tenten. Hang on let me rant for a second. She has never won a single fight or done one single useful thing ever in the show yet she boasts about how awesome her ninja tool summoning scrolls are and they aren't. I can see Sakura in Naruto part 1 but in part 2 she gets much better, so does Ino and Hinata but Tenten is aweful 100% of the time
