He really sells the godly and inhuman aspect of the ten tails Jinchuuriki,especially with that skin-like haori of his, and at the same time looks insanely badass with his staff and the gudodama behind him. He really sells the sheer power behind this form, and I think he looked far better than Madara ever did as a Juubi Jin.

Also he's got some flames on him.

I wouldn’t say it’s more godly, I’d say it’s more demonic than Madara’s. Madara’s is literally godly, no doubt about it.

I also think he didn’t obtain a kimono because he didn’t have a Rikudou body like Madara had.

I always thought anbu kakashi looks badass, one of the best designs in the manga. Kakashi in general always looks awesome.

Edit: Deva Path Pein is by far the best design villain in the manga. I remember first seeing him like ish just got real, the only villain in Naruto history that gave me goosebumps. Very awesome. XD
