I find it hard to believe so many people think Orochimaru is so evil.
He is not, he does it out of motivation for science.
Tobi wants to enslave the world, out of a twisted way of peace most likely.
But no, the man who is most crueal and sadistic goes to Danzou, but at least his sadistic ways were pure justice, and nothing less.

The world united to stop Tobi because TOBI HAS AN ARMY. They didnt united just because one bad shinobi is threatening everyone.
If orochimaru was still alive with Kabuto they would ALSO be able to start a war with the Edo Tensei upgrades, FYI. As a matter of fact, Tobi's damn army wouldnt have been HALF as strong if it wasnt for Kabuto's Edo Tensei that he learned and further developed from Orochimaru. I wish everyone would stop leaning on Tobi as best just because of this war, b/c war would have obviously been started by Orochimaru too with the Edos. A very strong army at that. How do we know that Orochimaru didnt study Edo Tensei to start a war too??? Think about it.
