Since Madara and Kurama are cooperating, Madara can free him of any of Sasuke's Genjutsu himself. As demonstrated against Tayuya with ocular Jutsu, or by normal partner method.

it would be debatable if Sasuke's PS would be stronger than Madara's PS alone, but definately not a PS x Calm Kurama. Obito implied that Madara getting both Rinnegan was even more dangerous than him being the Juubi's Jinchuriki, specifically saying that it's acquiring both Rinnegan is what would make him unbeatable. With both Rinnegan, he would have a Hagromo's chakra, top this off with the added boost from SM. Now add that to a Bijuu with twice the firepower of BM Naruto. The combined DC of Madara and Kurama would plow through Sasuke.

Limbo had the pysical strength to knock back Nine Bijuu with just one shadow. Five of them should at least be enough to give Sasuke some troubles.
