In other word the enemy won’t be able to move when walking/running on the water since the water will move under is feet. At the opposite, the user will be able to run extremely fast considering the water will move under his feet in the enemy direction (or any direction he desire).

• Description: The user will make quick hand seal and the tip of his finger will begin to glow. He will then strike 5 chakra points in his stomach. • Description: This jutsu can only be used after having open 4 chakra implosion and sealed all except water. The user will use his power to manipulate water to make rain droplets rise from a water source (lake or ocean) and fill the area. Once the top droplet have rise to 100 m high, they will all stop and stay in suspension(take less than 5 sec to rise). Each droplet that moves will be sense by the user. The advantage of this jutsu over the usual rain jutsu is that if the enemy use a wind jutsu to blow the droplets away, they will almost instantaneously be replace by others coming from the water source(no cloud dependent too).

I then make all the droplets converge on u, crushing u in intense pressure.

After I made my first move, no hand seal is needed to do my move. meaning that it happen extremely fast.

Description: A modified verison of "(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison". User summons a great tide of water towards opponent that traps multiple targets in a orbs of water. User can further manipulate sharp water spikes to impale what ever is inside. Also orbs can be used to stop projectiles. If used on a water surface can be almost unavoidable.
