Morgana carries herself with the grace and eloquence of a ruler: a purposeful and controlled manner to add to her mystique. Personality: Morgana sees herself and all others blessed with Mahou as better fit to lead and rule than their muggle counterparts, though this isn't to say that she holds any ill-will to muggles. She simply views them as obvious inferiors suffering from a disability: the lack of mahou. In this sense, she worships and cherishes magic in all forms, explaining her willingness to explore and use the dark arts.
Morgana quite correctly believes that you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar, and therefor acts with a certain benevolence which masks her prejudiced views quite effectively. Paired with her wit and her skills in diplomacy, identifying Morgana's true nature and intentions is no small feat.

History: Morgana was born into a pure blooded Kisei family. As is typical of pure bloods, her parents believed in their superiority over all who possessed muggle blood. Less typical, however, was the degree of isolation in which the family lived. Morgana was brought up to believe in this superiority, that she must never fraternize with those of lesser blood.
Yet as Morgana came of age, she found herself in disagreement with her parents. It was, after all, not the fault of the muggles that they had been born blind to mahou, just as she was not responsible for being born with her gift. For that reason, she left her parents isolation, seeking to use her superior bloodline to help lead the world in a brighter, purer direction.
To that end, she came to the village of Iwagakure, where her talents with ninjutsu and mahou alike along with a connection to a high ranking village official allowed her to rise through the ranks quickly, allowing her to achieve her wish. She is currently the village's First Officer.
Morgana's rise to the power within the Hidden Rock Village was swift and decisive. With Gin, the prevailing Tsuchikage, locked in bed battling a life-threatening disease, Morgana bewitched and deceived her way into the second most powerful station in the country. From here, she rules with the full authority of a Tsuchikage, cementing herself as one of three wizarding rulers in this Ninja World.
As time passed, Morgana's control over the Tsuchikage's administration grew. With the Tsuchikage's condition growing worse by the day, wizarding rule had finally set over the Stone, as Morgana began enforcing her new laws over the shinobi. When met with resistance, she repeatedly used a cunning viciousness to trick and defeat any obstacles to her dominion, killing one Elven shinobi for political gain in the process.
In the fallout of the failed Intervillage Tournament, Morgana managed to place a mind control charm on Roshi, Jinchuuriki of the Yonbi and primary contender to her own power. With the village's jinchuuriki in her full control, all that is left to do is for Morgana to lead Iwagakure into the war she so desperately wanted.

Wand: The basic weapon any Kisei possesses, allows them to channel their chakra to perform techniques and use Mahou and certain Ninjutsu without the requirements generally associated with these, instead using verbal commands known as incantations or, in some cases, movements. They are made from wood from the Jubi's dormant form and amplified and augmented by special chakra based items. Morgana's personal wand consists of Hawthorn and Dittany Stalk, specializing in Dark Arts and Earth.
Occlumens: Morgana is an Occlumens, and is therefor exceptionally gifted at blocking others from influencing and/or seeking entrance into her mind. This effect is effective against Legilimency, Genjutsu, Keigoku, and a host of other mental-based attacks. Obviously, the jutsu must be posted to gain this effect.
Potions: Having completed Potions class at Hogwarts, Morgana carries a variety of the school's signature potions with her in a pouch at her waste just in case she needs a power up during battle. She carries one Slytherin Potion, one Ravenclaw potion, and one Hufflepuff potion.
Taijutsu Mastery: Upon integrating with the ninja world, Morgana realized that her mahou did did little to augment her CQC capabilities. Seeing it as a weakness and vulnerability, Morgana trained relentlessly until she overcame her weakness and became a taijutsu specialist, lending her an intiment familiarity with taijutsu and its techniques, as well as enhancing her reaction speed.
Fuuinjutsu: Proficient in Fuuinjutsu, Morgana placed the below seal on her body in order to protect her secrets in the event of her death.
