Hard to tell, i'd give the edge to Morel due to strategy and intelligence.

Morel is smarter and more strategic but if he lets an enhancer like Phinks too close he'll be done for.

It all comes down to wether or not Phinks will be able to land solid hits.

I'd give it to Phinks, though Morel's smoky jail is extremely durable that Pouf had to get out using his cells. Don't know if his normal smoke is as durable, but if he used smoky jail, Morel is done for.

I think Phinks could win this. Smoky Jail means instant defeat, since there's no way for Morel to fight in a limited space. His smoke puppets won't do anything. Smoke clones only for distraction, so I don't know what will Morel do. Phinks uses Ripper Cyclotron, and rips Morel apart.

Are you guys serious? Phinks is a PT member, based off hype and status alone he defeats Morel. Morel himself claims that he isnt really a frontline fighter and is more of a support character. Phinks destroys him. We have no reason to believe that Morel is stronger than any of the Zodiacs and judging by Hikosa reaction and rating of the Zodiacs, outside of Ging and the ones he didn't rate, it's safe to assume that the Zodiacs are weaker as a whole compared to the PT. Hikosa wanted to fight members of the Troupe, he didn't care about the Zodiacs at all. Morel loses to all the PT fighters.
