Hm, so i'm "that guy". Dang.
But yeah. i'll cut to the chase.
First form the Horse -> Tiger -> Dragon handseals and focus great amounts of your katon chakra into your dominant hand until it is "jetting" from your hand. Then let all the chakra explode after pointing your hand behind you, letting move to your opponet in almost a blur. Grabbing them, and explode the chaka all at once. Leaving them with intense third degree burns.

Alright, i build up an intense amount of katon chakra within me. Then i perform the Horse -> Tiger -> Dragon handseals. hen focus said chakra to my left hand. The katon chakra starts to emerge from my hands. Enveloping it in flame. I then direct my hand backwards, then release all katon chakra from my hand to a nearbye tree. By focusing more chakra, i cause the hand that was recently formed, to gra the tree and burn it. Throwing the charred bark into the river.
Raiton Seiteki Batafurai (Static Butterflies)
Type: Attack
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user builds up lightning chakra within his palm and shapes it into a disk. He holds his palm above his head then as the chakra build up gradually increases, the user claps his hands together releasing a swarm of small butterflies (10-20 butterflies | Size: 5-7 cm) The butterflies then travel at the opponent hastily in a cluster, and shock the opponent multiple times. Due to multiple butterflies attacking him, the butterflies cause slight paralysis. Leaving the opponent stunned for a brief moment.
Note: Can be used by swinging a staff or sword aswell
Note: Can only be used 4 times per battle
Note: Can only be taught by The 4th Raikage

Description: The user makes Horse -> Tiger -> Dragon handseals, and concentrates great amounts of fire chakra into their dominant hand until the chakra is visible enough to be seen. After concentrating enough chakra so that it is “jetting” from their hand, the user uses then points his hand behind him, letting the fire chakra burst all at once sending the user at the opponent at great speed that the user is almost a blur. The user then grabs the opponent's face (or other body part) and releases the fire chakra all at once, severely burning the body part to a 3rd degree. However, if he misses, he would be unable to continue to this second part of the jutsu.
-Can only be used twice
-Cannot be used with both hands at once
-Cannot change direction when jetting at the opponent and can only jet up to 5 meters.
-Takes half a single jutsu turn to charge up and will unable to use any jutsus during that time
I build up up significant amount of raiton chakra into my right hand and form a disk. I then hold my dominant right hand into the sky gradually increasing the chakra. And then clap my hands togeather creating 12 butterflies and direct them toward my opponet to shock my them multiple times over and paralyzing them.
One question though. How come the butterflies are less potent when use in greatner numbers? And what would be a good amount to use them in. About ten?
