[Discussion] 'more understanding than Madara'

Whilst reading chapter 535, one phrase just sprung out;

Orochimaru said to Katsuyu: "You are more understanding than Madara".

If this sentance isn't wrong in terms of translatioin, it could reveal something.
It indicates that Orochimaru and Madara spoke before the war started. Oro probably used Edo Tensei on him before the war to do so.

But the question is on what topic was Madara 'not understanding'? What did Orochimaru want from him? Uchiha secrets are according to me out of the question, because Oro knows (most) of these. And Madara was 'not understanding', meaning he didn't give Oro the secrets.

So what else could it be? Maybe Orochimaru proposed to join forces, as in he would take his Edo Body and in return would complete Madara's plan... But it being an Edo body would pose a problem i presume?

So what are your thoughts on this matter?
