Minato's actual death was better than Itachi's death. But Itachi getting released from EDo Tensei was better than Minato getting released from ET.

Minato's. It was actually fueled with depth and clearly Kishimoto channeling his own feelings and saying goodbye to his own father who passed away not long before this chapter was written.

Itachi's is generic wisdom speak that went without saying.
