That's mainly important when discussing things like "How could Kakashi possibly get so good with Kamui in so little time?".
The answer is that it's NOT that little time, actually.

If Gamakichi can become ten times his earlier size, then Kakashi can master Kamui in the same period. U_U
Just wanted to show it, because people often omit this detail and assume that the war is happening several days after the battle against Pain. Not true.
Edit: And just because toads grow faster than humans doesn't mean they increase their size ten times within a week.
