More similarities with the Ōtsutsuki brothers and Naruto/Sasuke than Indra/Asura...

with the previous chapters revealing the Sage of the Six paths history. His brother now interests me. So since the beginning there have been "two". Yin-Yank balance. I think that Naruto and Sasuke are the reincarnations of the sage and his brother. I know the sage said that Naruto and Sasuke where the reincarnations of his son's, but there are too many similarities with the battle with the ten-tails vs. the Ōtsutsuki brothers and the Madara (being the ten-tails) vs. Naruto/Sasuke (Ōtsutsuki brothers). Too similar to ignore if you ask me.

Also, is it possible that the sages brother be the ancestor for Minato's clan...?

Er really far fetch to say that minato's family is related to the sage or his bro at all, The most common theory is the sage's brother being the ancestor of the uzumaki and the hyuga clan.

-At the moment Naruto and Sasuke are the current reincarnation of Indra and Ashura.

-Madara was also a transmigrant of Indra. However, when he acquired Hashi's DNA and awakened the rinnegan, his transmigration was over and he got closer to Hagoramo and Kaguya.

-I think sooner or later Naruto and Sasuke would also finish their Ashura/ Indra transmigration and move towards sage and his brother. As a matter of fact, it started happing already as soon as they both received power up from the sage.

I would have stayed the course with that explanation from the sage if it was only the sage defeating the ten-tails. But with the introduction of his brother, could it be possible that the incanation be of the Ōtsutsuki brothers? Remeber, the legend up until now was that the sage defeated the ten-tails alone and now they say that he and his brother defeated it. The fact that the sage had helped, downgraded his status from sole savior to co-savior. as for the appearance to Naruto and Sasuke, Naruto senced Indra and Asura, could the Sage's chackra be powerful enough that he was able to interact in that astral plain?

Just think out of the box here. If non of this is possible. I'll shut up about it.

The little we know is they worked together in fighting the juubi and he sealed the tailed beasts into the Sage.

The similarity in that Naruto and Sasuke are fighting together against a common enemy to save the world as did the Sage and his brother fought together to save the world from the ten-tails. Indra and Asura fought against each other for the title of heir apperant to the sage.

Seeing that Naruto inherited Asura's physical attributes and Sasuke gained Indra's "genius"; The Sage was "god" like but a lot of what I remember the legend about the sage was that he used his eye's, jutsu's, and seals when fighting against the ten-tails. There are assumptions of his strength but what if his brother was the physical equivalent to (what I think) the Sage's "genius"? In the panel of the battle with the Otsutsuki brothers and the ten-tails, I saw the Sage with two weapons and his brother using one with one in standby. I thought that one had more of a physical advantage and needed only one weapon when the other needed both weapons...

I'm just excited about the storyline continues to be broad and complex.

I didn't look at it that way. So you think that after the "complete" transmigration of Naruto (Asura) and Sasuke (Indra), the next transmigration (if there is going to be one) will be the Sage and his brother... Hmmm very interesting.

That's true but we still haven't seen what the sage and his brother looked like when they were younger though.
It would be amazing to see stages of power from Sage Mode, Tailed Beast Mode, Sage of the Six Paths Mode, ...then Transmigration Mode... OMG I'm gettinig excited just thinking about it. I hope this is the direction they're taking it...
