More senseis!!

ok everybody im sure is aware of the extreme shortage of senseis...

I suggest a reduction of the requirement...

I think that the requirement should be reduced from 3 months to 1 month...
2500 or 3100 posts and 1 month

and then they can take the test...
3 months is rediculous...

Even if its only temporary... until there are like 3 more senseis

Not necissarily 3 or 1 month, but I say like maybe 2 months(btw sweet said that he would black list and ban anybody who brought this up O_O)
I think it should depend, like I say like someone who has been here for shorter time would maybe have to be more active, then have someone who has been here for a long time but not necessarily as active. there would still be minimums for them, like the absulute minimum for posts would be like 2000 or 2500, then have the absolute minumum for time be like 2 months.
Yes I think there needs to be something to increase the amount of sensei's and fast, I mean there are like so many possible sensei's that are "pending" and stuff.

even if it is only temporary, I suggested going back to the original just anybody over 2000 or 3000 posts can teach, just until there were enough sensei's to make the new rules feasable. some changes were accomplished at least, but there does need to be some rules to make it easier to get sensei's.

Yes he did say that the last time we tried to change the rules.

we eliminated the "you must get at least 2 of the current sensei's to refference you to be able to try to become a sensei" and we reduced the post count

I didn't. What if you aren't liked by the people who happen to be sensei's. even if you are very popular among a bunch of people, if you are unpopular with the sensei's they will just not recommend you just because you aren't their closest friend. also(like all the other components of the test) it has nothing to with actually teaching.
