In the bottom right panel here, we see a clear picture of Naruto's eye. It has Kyuubi + Sage patterns, but no eyeshadow.

Now, for you dumbassess who believe every stupid theory thrown at you, Here is a close up of Naruto's eyes in RSM and in BSM. See if you can spot the difference.

Okay, now, feel free to ignore all my evidence and claim he doesn't have RSM for some stupid reason. But if that stupid reason is Gudou Dama's, They don't regenerate and they are well prooven not too. So don't bother using that argument.

Naruto should be able to make TSB as Sasuke can activate and de-activate his tomoe. 6 tomoe = 6 world he can travel to, 6 TSB = 6 worlds he can make/shift.

He still has his Rikudou chakra as evidenced by the eyes, but the bijuu chakras' contribution to his mode is now little to non-existant, so the mode doesn't appear as it did prior. Gudou-Damas were likely destroyed by the final collision at VoTE 2, and as we've pretty much seen, they can't be regenerated or regained.

Naruto has the Bijuu's consciousness in him so they'll replenish their chakra; if each of the other 8 Bijuus gave Naruto 10% of their chakra then they can only replenish up to that full 10%. Naruto was only using Yin Kurama's chakra against Sasuke which is why we see Yin Kurama gathering the natural energy and Yin Kurama give Naruto the last of his chakra; Naruto was just being nerfed is all. Why didn't the other Bijuus give Naruto the last of their chakra? Actually all 9 of them could have replenished their chakra while Naruto was running to the VoTE battlefield but nothing supports that they did and Naruto was out of chakra faster than he was when Yang Kurama replenished all of his chakra.

Naruto just having all 9 Bijuus in him gives him Juubi Jin status, he doesn't have to be using all of their chakra to be in the mode because then the mode wouldn't last that long against JJ Madara or Kaguya; he has a little bit of chakra from Bijuus 1-8 and a ton of Kurama's so if he used them all to maintain RSM then he would only be in RSM until the Bijuus 1-8 ran out and be left with only Yin Kurama and seeing how he didn't revert back to BSM while fighting Kaguya, I think it's safe to assume he doesn't use their chakra for the mode and simply having their chakra allows him to enter the mode.

JJ Obito started off with 2 TSBs then created the rest, it's safe to assume Naruto can recreate his as well. None of Naruto's TSBs were destroyed, they were all still around in different battlefields such as the ones that sealed Madara's Limbo, the ones that stopped BZ from moving, and the 3 Naruto had against Sasuke. I'm sure Naruto could deactivate them and cause them to dissolve as Madara's ones did shortly after Kaguya took over his body so by the end of the war Naruto wouldn't need to keep them around. Max TSBs are 9 right? He had 3 while fighting Sasuke and they weren't destroyed so if he couldn't create more then where are those 3? JJ Madara's TSBs were FTG away (most of them) so he was stuck with the ones he had with him.
