More pronounced black people

I have critisized Kishi earlier for not having different racial types in NV. Even though Kumogakure ninja are "supposed" to look black, they where more like a shade of brown. But in chapter 700 Kishi corrected this. And made them totaly black, without doubt. I guess it's for the next generation, to attract more audiences around the world.

it's a known fact that the dark skin is more likely to show in a mixed child if 1 of the parents is black.
