Apparently the prosecutors in the case basically lied to the Grand Jury in the case.

You only need to watch the first few minutes to understand what happened. The prosecutors gave the grand jury a statute(issued by the state of Missouri) that was found to be unconstitutional in 1985 right before Darren Wilson made his testimony... The unconstitutional statute essentially says the cop has the right to shoot someone that runs while they are being apprehended. Guilty or Not Guilty. The crime that the person is under suspicion for does not matter. It could have been petty theft, and if the person runs from the cop, the cop has the right to use deadly force.

However, as I said earlier, that statute was found unconstitutional in 1985. The prosecutor still managed to find a way to give it to the grand jury right before Darren Willson's testimony. Which means, the members of the jury are using this to see whether Officer Wilson is guilty or not guilty...

The prosecutor then tells the grand jury(while they are deliberating) that she gave them the wrong statute(that is part of Missouri Law, not a statute issued by the Federal Government itself), the prosecutor hands out the updated version of the which is not issued by the state of Missouri but the Federal Government. A member of the grand jury asks, "The supreme court, federal court overrides Missouri statutes?"... Most of us here know the answer to this. It's yes... We were taught this in US history or in a class similar. The Federal Government overrides the laws and statutes of the individual states. However the prosecutor answers the juror, "Don't worry about that.".

This case was over before it even started! I'm not saying I think Darren Wilson murdered this kid because he was a racist monster. I'm not saying Darren Wilson is completely innocent. I'm just saying the prosecutor essentially planted false ideas in the minds of the jury which they believed to be correct which completely changes the way the case may or may not be viewed.

Tl;Dr:
The prosecutor basically lied to the jury and the case was over before Darren Wilson even testified.

Bill Cosby once said that blacks should stop acting like "n*ggers*.

lol'ing at fools who think Brown is innocent "cuz he black".
He fronted, tried to grab a cop's gun, looted a shop, put lives at risk and then tries to flee.
He was asking to get shot. His skin colour is absolutely irrelevant.

I hate when things are automatically attributed to race.

It's has more to do with the nature of the Police force and the ever growing awareness that a majority of the people aren't suited for the job while the other half fitted for the force or not over step their duty and receive no reprimand.

let it go. it's over. justice served. no black sympathy here, look at them all using these scenarios as excuses to be thugs and riot.
This thread has nothing to do with race. I'm talking about what went on in the court room. How the prosecution was allowed to use a statute that has been out of date for nearly 30 years.

I agree. The verdict was no reason to riot over. I can understand the anger of the community, but do not agree with their actions. They should have honored the kid's life by being peaceful as the Brown family said.

I also don't like that you instantly attribute 'them' with black people. There are plenty of other races out their rioting and being "thugs". Just because the majority are black(in a 60% black community) doesn't mean every single black person in that community is rioting.

Your racist opinion on the matter does not mean anything to me in this thread because this is not what this thread is about. You just got un-banned, what are you trying to get banned so soon for?

I completely agree with you though. I believe the police need to be fired if they kill someone in an extremely suspicious way(such as this). This officer of the law does not need to be an officer anymore if he can't handle a situation that he has been trained for. The fact that he tried to hit Michael Brown with his door before Michael Brown attacked him is just ridiculous and you can tell all of his training went out the window from there. I'm 100% certain that scenario could have been completely different had Darren Wilson approached the situation more tactfully.
