More Feats for Hiruzen

In the last chapter we see Hiruzen being able to use all elements.

So now what I'm trying to point out is that Hiruzen was said to know and be able to use all Konoha jutsu's.

So is it safe to give Hiruzen feats from all non rogue shinobi.
I don't want to include feats like Shadow Possesion but every elemental jutsu used by a Konoha shinobi minus unique jutsu's like Rasengan and Chidori.

What are your thoughts!xd

P.S. I am not a Hiruzen fan, I just defending any character I feel needs it.
Also for the people who will probably say that he hasn't been shown in a scan to use it, I see people give others feats who haven't shown it like Naruto and Minato with Multiple Bijuu Dama or Madara and Itachi and Sasuke with Yasaka Magata, just sayin.

Hiruzen probably could've just figured it out by witnessing Minato and Kakashi use them.

Plus, Minato WAS chosen by hiruzen to become the 4th Hokage...

Yeah Hiruzen is possibly stronger than Tobirama. Hiruzen is revered as an ninjutsu god, and that statement shouldn't be taken for granted.

Able to use every element with full power without having Rinnegan is something worth noting.

But until Hiruzen shows intelligence of Minato's or Kakashi's level who could develop Rasengan from TBB and Chidori from Rasengan...
Hiruzen can never have those two jutsus...

Reaper death seal is made by hand signs. Ransengan is pure chakra control. Hiruzen could probably copy Chidori, but it'd be useless to him since he doesn't have sharingan.

He can learn every jutsu that is not kenkai genkai or doujutsu related and some clan related techs (ppl should have learn by now) though his efficiency with them may be lacking

why not there's nothing actually special about either jutsu its just chakra control and the 3rd taught chakra control to j-man who taught minato and naruto and Minato was kakashi teacher

as we have seen kakashi do resengan (although weak in comparison) he was able to do it so i can't see a reason as to why the 3rd shouldn't be able to it

Minato is not a sensor nor does he have sharingan he copied a tbb now you're its possible for minato to see tail beast do a tbb and copy that BUT the guy that copies and has learned tons of jutsu can't copy minato's jutsu by watching.

And note the 3rd would have had more opportunities to watch minato perform a resengan than Minato would have had seeing a tbb happen.

ummm hiruzen was alive when minato lived..

chidori was created while hiruzen was hokage
