Meeks biggest mistake was thinking that people would actually care that he wasn't writing all of his music. It makes no difference. Drake already made his mark in the music industry. There's nothing you can say that will affect that.

Actually people cared.....Just not enough lol. Drake definitely isn't a top rapper after this, he is the best entertainer, though.

And your biggest mistake was making this idiotic post.
Yeah Drake broke records but that's not what Meek was trying to convey. Ghostwriting is unacceptable and those reference tracks will forever be attatched to Drake's career. Milli Vanilli was a legend back in his day but was revealed as a fraud. So give it time...let more tracks come out...eventually time will take it's toll on Drake's career.

But hey, if you think being rich and famous will erase the ghostwriting accusations then stay ignorant.

Does he have his own skill ? No.

But he acts and playing the game right , look at all the sells and hype he has...
He's just another illuminati puppet though but I only say he's goat because he's just the best right now imo
He's everywhere
He's one of the best at selling yes but he isn't the best when it comes to artistry, lyrics, music, or anything.
His lyrics are trash. Look at his VIEWS project. That barely passes as a good rap album. And his pop songs are trash except for ***line bing.

Got anything relevant to say? Like how Drake is a fraud...or should be shamed? Or how he thinks hes the best rappers around yet he uses ghostwriters?
oh don't expect me to agree with you.I love the guy's music regardless of how it comes to be.And It's pointless trying to come up with who is GOAT cause music is All about personal preference. Some love tupac other's BIG.So who's goat between em?

Dude, no one cares. Nothing changed and Views still did numbers. Only people who gave a shit about the ghostwriting is the hiphop purists who don't know a damn thing about production or the amount of work it takes to make it in the mainstream world on a global level and keep it going. What's the point of giving him time? Drake's career probably already reached it's height and at this point he's only got maybe 3 years left til he descends. Your arguments are pointless and the majority of people didn't care about a handful of reference tracks. Wan't something to hate on? Hate those eminem and techn9ne cookie cutter rappers who don't exactly take lyrics, but bite off styles and personas.

as a casual Drake listener, i agree with a lot of this really. I can't take him that seriously as some kind of GOAT rapper just because he sells more than others, and especially because he rides other ppl's waves. Last time i checked, the quality of someone's work determines how great they are, not just how popular they are.

MC Hammer was basically Drake before Drake, but no one ever confused him for being greater than acts like LL Cool J or Wu Tang. Considering how badly Drake got bodied by Common and sonned by Luda, he's pretty freaking far from being a GOAT rapper...especially with an album like Views that didn't live up to the hype beasting.
