Ninjutsu is one of the three main jutsu categories. Ninjutsu may mostly be described as any jutsu or technique that is not genjutsu or taijutsu. Most ninjutsu require chakra and hand seals, but this is not always the case since the usage of weaponry is considered to be ninjutsu. This art is divided into many types that are otherwise considered NON ELEMENTAL like medical, reincarnation, space–time, barrier, sealing, and Cursed Seal jutsus. The only thing that makes elemental jutsus special is that chakra is manipulated in a certain way to match natures characteristics. In order to use Ninjutsu, as explained by Ebisu sensei, the use of chakra and its control must be well balanced. The user uses the Spiritual Energy to think and envision what he wants to do, and then use his Physical energy to give it shape and actually make it happen. By using handseals as a medium, we are able to then perform Ninjutsu. In actuality Ninjutsu is a violent part of Ninshu, which was what the sage wanted to use in order to bring people together, connecting them. Instead, it was used to bridge the physical and spiritual energies, and weaponised by people who became known as Ninja or Shinobi. There are two ways to mold chakra in order to perform Ninjutsu techniques are shape Manipulation, which manipulates the form of raw chakra, and to accomplish basic errands. This can also be applied to objects, through the principle of chakra flow. That is enhancing the properties of ninja tools, and weapons by infusing them with our own chakra. For example, Asuma practices this in order to enhance the properties of his knuckle knives. The other way of molding chakra, is nature manipulation which acts to change the actual properties of chakra itself through various means like Ive mentioned first.
Cursed Seals are Juuinjutsu and thus Fuuinjutsu, not Ninjutsu, but yeah, seems you got your background knowledge down.
So, we got all these non-character bound and non-elemental techniques that do not fit in any of the other boxes, so we put them under general Ninjutsu. There's everything from Killing Intent to, like, jutsus that I very much doubt you'll use.
Ah, did I say that out loud? No, really, some of the techniques are not exactly top-of-the-line if you catch my drift, but they are versatile and they do cover a lot of ground that you would not think existed if you kept to the confines of elemental Ninjutsu.

(Sōshuriken no Jutsu) - Manipulated Shuriken Techique
(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique
(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique
(Shunshin no Jutsu) - Body Flicker Technique
(Sakki) - Killing Intent
(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique
(Chakra Tensõ no Jutsu) Chakra Transfer Technique
All other techniques, tbh don't require any type of explanation, they're straightforward and could simply be explained through mentioning the actions you want to perform, instead of showing the jutsu.
What sets my lot apart is that they require some type of explanation, and can actually be considered a viable technique that requires the jutsu tag and is worth expending chakra.

In the Chakra transfer Technique, what I believe what happens, is that the user channels the molded chakra via his chakra system, called tenketsu, through his hands and then his fingers and slowly release them when in contact with another being or a thing. When in contact with another being the user transfers to the other being's chakra tenketsu, which can be used by that being to continue surviving or gain more chakra to perform some sort of action. When it is a thing, mostly a weapon of sorts, so that the released chakra is stored into it to provide some sort of control to it, or increase its properties like cutting, etc when infused with elemental chakra like wind. My opinion is the this technique is self implied almost all techniques throughout the RP.
Thats just a hunch though.
You can't heal anyone with it; just boost the power of techniques. If that happens to be a healing technique, then, you know, that'll work.
Also remember its restrictions. Unless you meet the requirements you can't use it.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

This was used by oro against sasuke in chunin exams arc, where he stunned all three naruto, sakura and sasuke by revealing gruesome killing intentions of the user to the opponents to the point where they are practically rendered paralyzed, and it depends on the user's rank and as well as the distance in which it is used for the effectiveness for the jutsu
And by Zabuza against Team Seven, yeah. It's a long technique, but the point is that it's a jutsu that you need to use tactically. You've got one shot; make it count... and don't overestimate its effects. Stick to the jutsu' explanation.

Well first of all, to perform the Manipulated tools techniques, its best used as a weapons specialist as if a normal ninja wouldve tried to perform it, there would be too much time lag, hence Tenten i the bet person to use it (is it bio restricted tho?). The technique involves the user summoning multiple weapons from two scrolls, which is used to send the opponent flying while the ninja tool are all connected to the users fingers via chakra threads, and then when mid air the user pulls the opponent down with the help of a long chain crashing them down
