Okay, just gonna throw this out there:

Imo, I would choose the one who would help this world the most, or is helping. If I knew each of them (For example: Adult is a very well known and fair criminal judge, Child is very sick, doesn't hold much potential, baby is just well, a baby.) I would make my decision based on who would contribute to society more in their life. In the case i mentioned above, the order for me would be 1)Baby 2) Judge (Judges are usually at least in their 50s) 3) Child (Sick)

a baby is.... unimpressionable. still growing, learning to use senses, and lacks the skill of retaining memories rather than gaining familiarities.
an adult has lived its life for 21+ solid years. a child being saved has much more potential to use the event to change the course of their life in a positive way

Whomever I have the most chance to save. Probably the baby as it is least capable of fending for itself but easier to catch. >_> A child, if old enough, may find a way so can adult- but it depends on the circumstances. At the same time it would be stupid if I can catch the child but rush for the baby, at an distance and angle I cannot do so any way.

I won't probably be able to catch the adult - properly- more chances are that I would get my ownself crushed.

I had a dream of a similar concept, but I dreamed of a deity of some sort telling me I had to make a sacrifice between a few people. My sister and girlfriend were there, so I asked if I could sacrifice myself instead because technically he only asked for one. Was approved and I died but I woke up from shock (hate those dreams).

But I would choose the baby if I had to.

You choose the Adult because the adult can create more life right away. You don't choose the baby because it is very young and can be replaced. You don't choose the child because of the same. I think I learned this is Sociology. It's same with loss. Would you rather lose your Husband/Wife or your child? Most people say Child but the bond between you and your Husband/Wife is stronger and always comes first. You can create more life to bring into the world.

This is a moral, emotional question, your response is good, do not get me wrong, it just strips the humane out.

The reason (I think) people are choosing the baby is because the baby has the most potential in the world, and saw the least of it. Letting that one die, and others live would be unfair towards the baby more than the child or the adult, the baby wouldn't have even gotten a chance to live and it'd be considered unfair to let others live who have already seen at least some of what's out in the world.

Of course, I could be completely wrong :3. I choose the baby of course.
