Lets know the plan first before you disintegrate me with disagreement.
The Infinte tsukiyomi is a genjutsu ,a strong genjutsu. But just as Itachi said 'every jutsu has a weakness' . So this jutsu has many. This genjutsu doesnot drag someone's body to illusion but drags your mind .so it means in real life you will like standstill. But if madara decides to make the genjutsu in which you can move your body in real life or make it like reality (only difference is that he is controling you) just like kotoamatsukami but it is continuous then it will be better..,. But still it is weak against certain characters
1. Deidara is immune to genjutsu thanks to his mechanical eye(thats a reason that makes him hate itachi and sasuke ,they always try to pull him into a genjutsu). Since he cant drag your whole self (lyk using kamui to teleport something to the genjutsu) ,then it wont work on Deidara
2. The Aburame clan, genjutsu dont work on insect so the Aburame clan wont be affected by the genjutsu.
3. As Itachi Said, only blood related can snap out of tsukiyomi so if someone ir blood related to madara he can snap outta it.
4. When sasuke was chasing edo Itachi and Itachi puts him in Genjutsu he said am having your eyes i can see through your genjutsu. It means if tobi still wears madara's eye(the rinnengan then he can see through the genjutsu.
5. Can the hyuuga clan see through genjutsu? If yes then eye of d moon plan wont be working on them.
6. Tailed beast cant be pull into a genjutsu so is their jinchuuriki(when tranforming). Even if madara did the genjutsu it wont affect killer bee, and naruto.
7. The Kurama Clan.. They are genjutsu themselve so, the girl with kurama clan kekkei genkei can overthrown Madara in his Plan and become the Boss.
After All she is the God of Genjutsu.,.. It is Sorry to say a whole Legendary Madara will be neutralise by just a girl.
