Moon Eye Plan

Everyone assumes when Obito is going to use the moon eye plan just for Rin however i think that is stupid for a villian, think about it, you could do what ever you want. In Road to ninja (not sure if its canon) Obito created that world, my theory is that once he uses the moon eye plan he could become a ''god'' the sage of six paths

moon eye plan can never be acheived..because it requires a tsukyomi user which is either sasuke or madara.

You dont need tsukuyomi for infinite tsukuyomi (despite the name)

The genjutsu madara uses is not tsukuyomi, and he says that you just need "that" regular sharingan genjutsu in order to be able to cast it

In road to ninja, i believe it was Madara who created the mini version of moon to the eye plan, not obito.
