Rentaro stood facing his opponent, one who he had heard much of. A protégé of his time, mastering all of the natures and even learning fuuinjutsu in just a few months. Rentaro smiled as he thought about fighting such a tough opponent, one who liked water as much or even more than he did. Rentaro spoke out to Mangetsu.
Mangetsu, it's an honor to meet you, and it is an honor to be your opponent. My name is Rentaro of the Gyojin clan... I hope you won't take me lightly...!

With that, Rentaro tore through two hand seals as he focused suiton chakra into the pond that lay in front of him. After weaving the two hand seals, Rentaro placed his hands together to form the "tiger" seal in order to pump continuous chakra into his creating. What rose out of the water was something that brought yet another smile to his lips. A giant three-headed dragon of massive proportions came out of the water, and faced Mangetsu. As the "Ultimate Blue-Eyes White Dragon" was coming from the depths of the water, Rentaro had jumped into it himself, and he didn't have to worry about breathing due to his heritage as a Gyojin, allowing him to breathe water. Rentaro bobbed in place where the three necks meet in the base of the body. He rushed the rightmost and leftmost heads at Mangetsu in a flash, while he kept the third back incase he needed to defend.
(Suiton: Suishū Gorugon) Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40 (-10 to sustain)
Damage: 80
Description:
After performing the Dragon → Tiger handseals, this technique will summon a large amount of water near the user that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack though the user can shape it in any way he needs for his intended purpose. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.
Note: Can only be used by bios with a primary water specialty

You seem to know quite a lot about me. As for your clan, I can't say I've heard about it.
Mangetsu smirks upon noticing a vast source of water rising from the pond in the form of a beast. In response to the beast rising, Mangetsu reaches over his right shoulder with his right hand and grabs a hold of his Hiramekarei's handle. As the individual jumped into the creature and made his way towards him, Mangetsu crouched down and forcefully leaped off the ground towards the best. While doing so, he would begin fueling chakra into his blade and waited moments before entering the short range mark. He would then unsheathe his sword from his back, and swing it from right to left, horizontally. While doing so, he released an enormous amount of chakra from the tip of his blade, shape manipulating and condensing the chakra to take the form of a giant spiked club that would strike the creature in the chest, right were the target was. The clash with such a vast source of water would force Mangetsu's jumping and traveling momentum to come to a halt as he was now suspended in mid air, dropping back down. The collision between the two would force the creature to fall apart.
(Hiramekarei Kaihō) Hiramekarei Unleashing
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: C-S-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15-40
Damage: 30-80
Description:
The user unleashes the sword, Hiramekarei, by emitting a large quantity of chakra onto the blade, from the two holes located near its tip, before shaping this chakra around it in the form any weapon the user chooses. This results in the bandages that are typically wrapped around the sword, swiftly unravelling due to the rapid discharge. The size, power and range of the weapons created depend on the amount of chakra fueled into the sword. The chakra released is so dense and shaped that it plays in equal terms with elemental chakra.
Note: Can only be used by Chōjūrō and Hozuki Mangetsu bios
Note: Can only be used once every two turns
Without wasting any time upon physical collision, Mangetsu fluidly and swiftly channeled his chakra beneath the water the target was around as it collapsed. Four sharks of water would be formed as they rushed towards the target from most sides, except above and the front. (Left, Right, Behind, Beneath) The sharks would attempt to knock the individual up into the air, leaving him with several broken bones, mainly ribs, arms and legs if the attack succeeded.
(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage point: 60
Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.
As Mangetsu landed on the pond's surface with the waves produced by the collapsing water, he swung his left hand from left to right, diagonally towards the man's location. This would allow him to release a wide spreading crescent wave of water, that would stretch out five meters wide, aiming to slice the target in half in the waist section. Mangetsu would have stayed cautious and on guard throughout the entire time upon the beast's creation.

As Mangetsu leapt into the air, Rentaro kept a close watch on his arm that extended around his back to reach for his sword. Mangetsu without hesitation swung his sword around, causing the bandages wrapped around the handle to unravel and race at the dragon and Rentaro. Within a moment, the bandages had broken through the water, though the dragon had soaked them to the extent that they couldn't reach Rentaro. As the two fell, Rentaro still somewhat submerged in water, he gathered fuuton chakra into his right hand and shaped it into a large claw that would be used to reach out at Mangetsu to slash him and grab him. Once he had grabbed Mangetsu, Rentaro noticed four sharks approaching from below. He lowered Mangetsu below him so that the claw could intercept the beasts, as well as hurting his opponent in the process. After the sharks had hit Mangetsu and the claw, the two would have just reached the ground. Mangetsu would be greeted by Rentaro forming a single hand seal, followed by a ring of water forming that would spin around behind him for a moment before merging together in front of Rentaro like a spike, then rushing forwards to slam into Mangetsu, carrying him away to long range with several broken bones.
(Fūton: Jūha Reppū Shō) - Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.
(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

Noticing a claw of water being released through the water, Mangetsu cancels his thoughts of creating the water sharks and focuses on defending against the incoming attack. Upon noticing, he lets go of his blade and grabs the handle of it by clamming it with his feet as he simultaneously gestures a single hand sign. He begins to manipulate the water around his vicinity to create a vicious spinning vortex that defends against the incoming attack, weakening his defense to that of a B rank. In unison, Mangetsu had also manipulated the top of the tornado to arc towards the target attempting to strike them directly forward, sending them backwards with blunt force damage. Meanwhile Mangetsu would have landed on the pond's surface as he continued by flipping his blade out of his feet and onto his right hand once more, keeping his eyes on his target and cautious around him.

A moment before the claw would strike and the grip Mangetsu, he saw him flash a hand seal and create a vortex of water that easily defended against the wind technique. Rentaro also noticed that the vortex's tip was traveling towards him in a very threatening manner, attempting to pierce him or something of the like. Not bad at all, not bad at allllll...
Rentaro mid air took a position as close to a squat as possible with his hands open and at a 90° angle to the ground, focusing chakra into each of them. He then thrusted them forwards four times total (each palm twice), though at such an extreme speed that they looked like they were only thrusted forwards once. Deciding not to delay the effect at all, Rentaro sent four shockwaves toward the vortex's base where Mangetsu was hidden away, crushing it through the barrage. As each shockwave was released, it sent Rentaro farther away from the attacking end of the vortex, helping him avoid it. Because the shockwaves passed through a source of water, their destructive powers were only increased though. If they were to connect with Mangetsu, the shockwaves would knock him away to mid range and leave him with a broken rib cage and an inability to breathe. The two would land on the ground mid range away from one another.
(Gyojin Karate: Bakuretsu Hirate Renda) - Fishman Karate: Exploding Palm Barrage
Type: Attack
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80 (+40 if used in conjuncture with a water based technique)
Description: The user squats while placing his arms to the side of his body, palms up bent in a 90 degree angle, then thrusts forward so fast that to any onlooker perceives that the user only did it one time with both arms. In reality, the user has actually pushed forward two times per hand, releasing a force that hits their opponent by concentrating on the water molecules around the palms. However unlike its parent jutsu "Jodan Bakusho", Hirate Renda's shock wave has a delayed effect of up to 2 seconds before the opponent feels the blows, leading him to believe it is a simple double palmed thrust barrage. This technique's raw power is so devastatingly powerful that the very earth surrounding the target will be shattered upon impact, leaving a vast crater. Furthermore, since this technique is based on the propagation of waves through water molecule, passing through a body of water before reaching the target will only increase it's destructive power.
Note: May only be used twice per match
Note: No S-rank and above water technique on the following turn

Noticing the disturbance in his water defense Mangetsu instinctively responds by entering a special hydrification state in the form of a sticky syrup with absorption abilities, allowing him to avoid the damage produced by the shockwaves, causing them to blast through his hydrified body. Immediately after converting Mangetsu had begun to absorb the source of water from the pond as his body grew in size exponentially, rivaling a fully expanded Akimichi leaving nothing but an empty 'crater' in the pond's absence. Naturally, himerakarei would be lost within Mangetsu's syrup state.
(Suiton: Suika no Jutsu II) – Water Release: Hydrification Technique II
Rank: A
Type: Defensive/Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30 (-5 per turn)
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique follows the very same concept as it's parent technique, "Water Release: Hydrification Technique" as a basis. The user can either infuse his already active Hydrification State, or simply activate and use this technique instead. The user will change the compounds of the liquid that make up his body, ranging from one to two at maximum simultaneously. Unlike it's parent technique, these conversions need to be sustained with chakra for prolonged usage. Specific body parts can be converted or even combined with two states within reason. (ie: Adhesive Mist.) Techniques released from the user's body acting as the source, will contain the same properties so long as the conditions logically allow it. In Crystalline form, the water is compressed to such a level that it appears to be almost crystallized in nature, increasing both defensive and offensive penetrating/cutting potential. Another variation will spread out molecules in the water, turning into a mist state. It can also be turned into a viscous and adhesive state, used to bind targets by sticking them or even an elastic-like functionality for more versatile usage in battle. Lastly, the absorption ability that takes advantage of both water's special traits as well as a Hozuki's natural talent for manipulating water. The user will absorb a source of water either naturally, or chakra-based in order to grow in size, equivalent to the technique/source absorbed (Up to the same rank). The user can choose to contain the water inside in order to maintain his enlarged form, or utilize it as a source for his next water-release technique. The user is free to create constructs out of his converted body, within reason. (ie: Turning his arm into a spear, extending a spike from his back, etc.)
⋩ Can be used four times per battle.
⋩ Can only be used by Hozuki Clan Biographies.
⋩ While active, the user can only mold Water Techniques along with non-elemental abilities.
As the natural absorption abilities activated, Mangetsu then proceeded by creating a seal made of chakra that purified his hydrified state entirely, protecting him from electrical currents.
(Fūinjutsu: Kiyome) - Sealing Arts: Purification
Rank: B
Type: Defensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will either activate a paper tag with the symbol for "Pure" (清) or artificially create it with chakra. The activation of the seal will work as a cleansing mechanism for water sources or techniques as well as substances around the user's person. If used on water sources the seal will absorb all the impurities, naturally turning it into pure water thus removing its conductivity. Not only does the seal absorb natural impurities but also external sources. These can range from things such as mud or earthen debris that may have gotten infused with the water. The seal can also be used on the user himself, absorbing things like a vacuum on his person. These could range from mud-like debris, to toxins/poisons/external liquids, adhesive substances, dirt, dust, grime and mainly all physical impurities that weren't percent before. Four times per battle, the seal can absorb up to A-Rank substances around the user's water/natural water within a mid range radius or his own person. (Ex: A mud binding, Syrup etc). This is also compatible with the Hozuki Hydrification techniques.
Thereafter Mangetsu would release blasts of water from the soles of his feet, launching him directly towards his target at relatively fast speeds, completely shattering the ground beneath him due to his sheer size, causing slight tremors. While doing so he would shape manipulate his arms to form sharp pointed spears that would aim to pierce his foe's body as he blitzed forward.
(Suiton: Hozuki's Baku Taijutsu) - Water Release: Hozuki's Explosive Body Technique
Rank: B-A
Type: Defensive/Offensive
Range: Short - Mid (Propel)
Chakra cost: 20-30
Damage points: 40-60
Description: Through the usage of this technique, the user will momentarily enter a hydrified state or manipulate his already activated state. By taking the concept used in the Hozuki Bullet Technique, the user will release blasts of water from limbs or joints/body parts, augmenting not only striking speed, but also strength. For example, the user can release blasts of water from his elbows, increasing the overall potential of punches. Or even release blasts from the soles of the feet, boosting thrust momentum to that of a traveling arrow or slower. Before or upon physical contact, the user can release another blast from his striking limb, allowing him to deliver great blunt damage.
⋩ A-Rank can be used four times per battle.
⋩ Can only be used by Hozuki Clan Biographies.
⋩ Can be combined with Water Techniques along with non-elemental abilities.

As Mangetsu's body shifts to a syrup or water like makeup, Rentaro knew his shockwave based assault had failed. Still falling through the air and traveling away from his opponent who was still shifting to the watery state, he unsheathed his katana and held it to the sky in one swift motion, followed up by channeling raiton chakra into the sky. Before Mangetsu could protect himself with a seal (though Rentaro did not know this), a bolt of lightning would crash down straight through him, killing him due to the state he was in.
(Raiton: Ikazuchi no Kiba) - Lightning Release: Fangs of Lightning
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user will raise his hand or a weapon and send an electrical discharge into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location. The discharges are triggered right after the technique and cannot be delayed or prepared before hand but are quite fast.
