It was bright sunny day in Konoha, Waaiz Hyūga who recently came back to Konoha after long years, many Hokages were changed. One day, He was reading about the Hokages in Konoha's library, He red about 1st Hokage and his wood release, then he red about 2nd Hokage and his space time Ninjutsu, and then He came to 3rd Hokage, he red about his usage of all fire natures and his monkey summonings. Waaiz didn't read furthermore but he kept reading about 3rd Hokage's monkey summonings, His red more and more about the monkeys and he wanted to do the same, So he thought about finiding a sensei, He researched a lot and then he found out about "Pekoms" a monkey master who has the scroll for summoning.
Waaiz travelled and travelled then he reached his destination a house in a forest , monkeys were jumping here there, Waaiz moves forward to the door and rings the door bell, while thinking, "Finally, Now its time I sign that monkey contract, I wonder how he looks."

As a young man approaches and rings the doorbell to his 'vacation' home, Koumei, sitting far above in a gigantic tree branching out over the diminutive building observes it all. Wishing to make a flashy entrance, he leaps down and lands with a solid 'thud' resonating upon contact; several young monkeys above begin to throw flower petals, so as to have them fall dramatically all around Koumei in a cascading gesture. "Well, hello there. I'm glad to have a guest, even if we've never had the pleasure of meeting prior. Would it be too presumptuous of me to assume that you're Waiiz? I am the one and only Monkey Shishou, Koumei Ren, and if you're my newest student, we've got much to discuss!" Koumei waits patiently for an affirmative nod. "Before we delve into the contract, I've got a few questions for you pertaining to why you're here. First, are you familiar with the Summoning Technique (generic) and learned how to use it? Second, what does a summoning mean to you, in your own words? Third, I want to know why, in particular, you seek the Monkey Contract. Lastly, describe yourself with just three different adjectives."

♦ Have you ever signed a contract before and/or used the generic summoning technique?
♦ Be careful with your spelling! It's always good to reread posts, so you can check/edit for errors.
♦ Do you have any particular concerns regarding our training regimen right now?

Waaiz sees the grand entry of his master and says to himself "Now, this gonna be fun.." As Ren took his name Waaiz gets a bit shocked but he doesn't speak it directly because he has manners, Waaiz waited and keep nodding while listening to Ren and As Ren finishes Waaiz says, "Hey Master, How do you know my name ? Anyway, Yes Master I've learned the basic and the reverse summoning technique too. Summoning is a space time ninjutsu in which we offer our blood to summon Animals, we use different types of scrolls to summon weapons in battle. User first need to sign a contract with his blood of the given species, contract is like a scroll. Sensei, I don't know much about summoning, I am sorry to disappoint you. Well, I want to sign this monkey contract because I feel like it is unique because in our world (RP) everybody has Snake or Toad summoning which makes it too common and The summoning is pretty brilliant and I don't see any bad to sign the contract. Um.. Silent, Deligent and Weird. " then Waaiz stops and waits for his Sensei to reply.

♦ Yes I've signed a custom contract and completed my training in it.

"As a rogue ninja, it's quite important that I maintain a network of contacts; a Konoha ninja told me you'd be coming my way soon. Moving on, I felt the majority of your answers were sufficient, but not all of them. Are summonings merely animals to be used as weapons without discrimination?" No longer speaking, Koumei instead removed a large scroll from within his robe. "Well, this is the scroll that contains all the signers of the Monkey Contract, if you answer my question to a degree that satisfies me, I may just let you sign it. " With care, Koumei moved to open the scroll in front of his person, facing his student, however. "Prove to me you are a worthy pupil, first through virtue of your words."

♦ Tiglons? Alright, please link me your training thread for it.
♦ How long do you see yourself with this particular contract, if I may ask? o_o
♦ I am looking for something specific, in your next answer.

Waaiz kept nodding his head while listening to Ren, then Waaiz replies to Ren without any hesitation, "No, I don't think that, Animals whom we summon should be used just as weapons because they are are also living being and they are much as our partners, so we don't have any right to "just use them" though we can command them or I should say request them because we need help and we summoned them. As I've signed the tiglon contract I've been very nice to them and we had loads of fun, I don't think it right to just use the summonings as weapon without discrimination." finishing his reply, Waaiz stares his Sensei.

Silently listening to all the boy said with his eyes calmly closed, Koumei took his time in replying. "Well, that answer was certainly better than the initial one; never forget that these animals are your comrades! As for the 'exclusivity' of this contract, I can only say you're not the first to think so, nor the last, I'd imagine." No longer speaking, Koumei instead removed a large scroll from within his robe. "Well, this is the scroll that contains all the signers of the Monkey Contract. I need you to draw a bit of your own blood, just enough to write your name out, with the hand you'll tend to perform the summoning technique with. Once you've signed the contract, we can move onto the next and most exciting phase: techniques!" With care, Koumei moved to open the scroll in front of his person, facing his student. On the scroll, at least five names could already be seen written in blood, from right to left (oldest to most recent): Hiruzen Sarutobi, Koumei Ren, Kirikoe Katsuryoku, Ryuu and Yuri Lowell. Koumei waited patiently for his youngest pupil to act.

Waaiz listens to Ren carefully and as Ren opens the scroll Waaiz speaks,"I've been waiting for this sensei..! then Waaiz moves his right arm with his thumb going between his upper and lower jaw then Waaiz bites it hard to make it bleed and then Waaiz wipes it over the contract writing WAAIZ then Waaiz looks at Ren says,"Done,Sensei!" and waits for his sensei's response.

With a nod, as Koumei observes his young student finish adding his name to the contract, he deftly grabs the contract scroll and conceals it, once again, in his robes. "Excellent. Now, before you meet the 'boss', I want you to perform the generic summoning technique. As you may recall, you'll need to smear some blood on the hand you signed the contract with and then perform the following sequence of hand-seals: Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram before placing the very same on the ground near your person and releasing the chakra. Reflect on all that you know of monkeys, presently; your goal will be to envision their physical characteristics and behavior, just as you proceed to initiate the summoning technique. The little guy/girl won't be particularly strong, but they certainly have their uses. Well, whenever you're ready, you may proceed." Koumei crossed his arms and began to wait patiently.

♦ Detail is paramount, from here on out.
♦ Never forget: you can summon monkeys with the generic summoning..
♦ You'll be performing the following technique. Read it carefully, please (especially bolded bits).

Rank: B
Type: Defense/Attack/Suplementary
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.
