Can Enma cast jutsus like his human counter parts?
-Like can he form hand signs and create fire balls or water dragons?

All we saw Enma doing is turning into a staff.

If you think about it, if Enma is able to cast ninjutsu techs then he would almost be the best ninja alive.
-Its a known fact the monkeys are physically stronger, faster and more agile than humans.
--He would out due anyone in Taijutsu plus if he knew ninjutsu that would make him so strong.

So the question is can and should Enma know Ninjutsu?
-If so what do you imagine his affinity to be?
--And Lastly do you think he would be better than most human ninjas?

For me I think he should know ninjutsu and I could see him using Earth, Water and maybe Fire.
