Your theory is reasonable. Luffys mother being a bounty hunter sounds good. But she doesn't necessarily a D. Roger marrying another D doesn't mean Dragon did. The one piece wiki says luffy was born in fuusha village. So it's highly probable she was a normal person. Or an idealistic runaway aristocrat/noble like Sabo. Or maybe a tenryuubito who got lost in the Goa kingdom on a visit and dragon helped her.
Regardless of whatever you're theory about her is, you should know there's always the possibility she was killed or died in some way and this may somehow triggered Dragon's rebellion.

Jaguar D Saul Wasn't weak. He was just against Akoji.
And Portgas has one of the greatest endurance feats in this manga. Do you know how terrible it is to carry a child for almost 2 years?

Saul's greatest feat is being able to lift up several boats. Now sure Marine ships are huge, but so is Saul as a giant. Putting it simply, his full effort in lifting those boats was out to shake by Skip Zoro slashing a gslleon in half with no effort.

No I don't. Do you? Endurance alone means nothing. If anything it says you're just a high quality punching bag without other skills. She used her will to prevent a birth for two years. While ludicrously amazing, it hardly gursntees she was an all powerful fighter. She wasn't. The D carriers have a strong will. That's their only true personality similarity we can say for certain. While many have become infamous or famous and incredibly strong (thanks to said will power) it doesn't gurantee every D is an insanely powerful fighting genius.
