Personality: Luffy's two dominant traits are his apparent lack of intelligence and his utter fearlessness. Luffy can easily be amazed by the simplest things. Background Info
History: Luffy was born and raised in Konoha as a member of the Akimichi Clan. He recently took the Chunnin Exams and became a Chunnin but he still has a long way to go before he is a full fledged ninja. He has never been outside the village but one day he wants to do that when he thinks he's strong enough to take on the outside world.
