Considering the 15 million difference in their bounty might kid be stronger I know its because of the 2 year training of the straw hats but during those two years Kid hasnt been sleeping. Its not even only kid even law may law be stronger than luffy (I frickin love laws devil fruit)

I'd say Kid because it won't be interesting story-wise if Luffy was already stronger than all his new introduced main rivals. Kid seems to have suffered a lot in the new world(considering he lost an arm and has multiple injuries), implying he was in the most dangerous situations in the new world, growing vastly stronger through self-experiences

Nope, the guy kills innocent people that's why his bounty is higher than Luffys and theres no reason to believe he stopped . And I'm not above putting someone Featless like Kid above some guy that's about to defeat Mingo. Bounty doesn't represent how strong you are anyway. Eustass has that look, but he just doesn't give me that vibe that he's the strongest SN. His attitude towards his rivals make it seem like he's jealous some times or worried that they might pass him up.

But people like to put kid on some level where I don't think he is, I'm not inclined to put this guy over doffy, just because Luffys about to beat him either. Kid is going to have to show me some feats and prove to me he is the strongest.

Little is known about Kidd post TS power and how it stacks up to Luffy. However, I think that Law and Kidd are the only two Supernova's who have a legitimate shot of being at Luffy equals or slightly stronger than him. At this point I say that all Kidd and Law's power levels could intermingle with no clear cut winner between them. Luffy for plot purposes is going to have to be the strongest between them. Based on how Dressrosa arc is being played out this seems to be Oda's plan. He is being set up to face Doflamingo a feat which IMO shows that Mugi is slowly pulling futher ahead. For this reason I go with him winning. It will be an extremely difficulty fight though.
