it has been stated during the whitebeard arc that Garp has fought Gol D Roger many times and that they were equal.. As we know Whitebeard has nothing on Roger.. It was only because he didn't want to fight because of Ace his execution or else he would whooped Whitebeard's ass

It was never said that he defeated him numerous times. It was said that they nearly killed each other numerous times.

OT: This is too hard. I think they are completely even. It's like Rocky and Apollo, except I don't think either of them would stand at the end, or both of them would.

Hahahahah (ETC...) You're all underestimating the man who (in Roger's own words) took to the brink of death. And where has Roger said that about WB? Hence why Garp Mid-High DIFF's him. How though? Because WB was sick @MF & Garp was shown not to be. And there's more support which backs my claim but there's no reason to state them since you're all OP readers.

People underastimate garp because he never did anything, though itd be nice if sengoku didnt react until garp beat akainu halfway to hell

That being said i also think ppl underestimate sengoku a little too much

Sorta, but he's not known for his strentgh, just his tactics and mind hence why he's not that strong as you may be thinking.

Wb and garp had conquerors haki (and werent the only ones) if they wanted to the war would have been a lot shorter
