Dragon is usually seen dressed in a long black cloak (With red clouds now that he's affiliated with the Akatsuki), underneath which he wears the garb of a revolutionary, colored white in its entirety. He has spiky black hair that reaches past his shoulders, with a widow's peak hairstyle, and what resembles tribal tattoos on the left side of his face which are colored bright red. Also, he appears to have no eyebrows, however, he does have a bit of stubble on his chin in the form of a goatee. He is most often seen sporting a sinister grin on his face, further aiding his already intimidating visage. Only on rare occasions, such as at Delta's execution, has Dragon not been seen smiling.
Personality: Dragon's personality is mostly unknown due to the many mysteries that is surrounding him, save for an apparent love for freedom and a belief in fate, traits of a "D". Despite this he is serious about his crusade, warning his subordinates that the conflict against the Village Alliance will be protracted and arduous.
He also seems to be concerned about innocent people (possibly seeing a few villages oppression towards them), as shown where he willingly rescued the citizens of the Moon Village and offered them a position in his Revolutionary Army. He speaks as though he is a mystic of sorts and apparently does not like to speak of, or be asked about, his past. He also has a strange habit of always looking towards the East Blue when the wind changes. One of his closer subordinates says this is a natural reaction instinct seeing as he left his son in that part of the world..

Background info.
History:
Childhood:
As a child Dragon was a very popular little shinobi, even getting praise comparable to that of itachi when he was young. While growing up his parents spoiled him with any and everything he wanted because they were both leaders of entire countries and had power over alot of things but as far as he can remember he never had a parent like figure to teach him right or wrong until taken under the wing of a certain shinobi ..... Genryusai... They met on the outskirts of Konoha when Dragon was only around the age of 10 and had just left. At the time of them meeting, Dragon had just ran away from home to find out what the world outside of his riches was like; he wanted to be a shinobi. He wanted to experience things. Genryusai decided he should take him under his wing and teach him the ways of the shinobi after sensing the strength of his chakra. Once they got back to a secret hideout of his, Dragon was told about him being accepted as the old man's student.
Mastering Yin:
After the old man Genryusai had taught the young Dragon all about the Shinobi ways and officially made him a konoha genin, he sent him out into the world. With the basic 9 shinobi talents completed bar Genjutsu, Genryusai gave Dragon information about a man he once knew that could teach him illusions. Of course, Dragon respected his master's words so he sought out the man he spoke of. The man resided in a mountain range, on the highest peak of them all, named Mt. Katsuryoku. The mountain’s peak reached far beyond the clouds, meaning most of the top was covered in unhampered ice, and the rest in complete white snow. At the mountain’s foot, a small narrow trail lead up the mountain side in a zig-zagged manner, reaching around the mountain itself. And at last, it ended at the Katsuryoku Mansion. A most exquisite crafted mansion - Its outlines made of sturdy dark oak, its intersection filled with limestone with marble sculptures protruding from the front - Several windows, and a heavy double door formed as an arch, also made of dark oak. Its outline unlike the rest, is made of marble. On the right of the mansion, a tower with a spire-roof on top, emerges from it’s side. From the tower, a worn-out greenish banner hangs emblazoned with the sigil of the House. With the many years on the building’s behind, it have gained a dark greyish tint. Of course, all covered in white snow, and the spire’s top - Ice.
Under the mansion, carved into the mountain a long tunnel extends into a hemisphere formed room inside the mountain. The room is lit up by the many torches set on the sides. A path leads through the middle of the room and spreads along the way as branches, leading out to several gravestones, and leads up to a huge platform with twelve statues carved out from the back of the room itself. This being the crypt of the House, where Dragon found himself after searching for so long.
This is where Dragon met Amaimon, the man who helped him master his Yin side of Ninjutsu. Amaimon first taught the young Dragon of Genjutstu, finally completing the basic 9 aspects of a shinobi. Afterwards he took him into the mountains with 5 others, where they were inducted into the House of Katsuryoku and were trained harshly to obtain more abilities pertaining to Yin. Dragon had become very talented with the House's abilities and even befriended a personal Genki who went by the name of Hattori. This took around 8 to 9 years, and once Dragon was out of the hidden stages of the House's training, he was able to return to Konohagakure.
A scorned Branch:
Once Dragon returned to Konoha, he was about 19 years of age, so he wanted to take the Chuunin exams. Luckily his old Genin team had held off from participating solely so they could take it with him. This allowed him to apply to the first exam that was held after his return, but little did he know it would change his life more than he'd want. He and his squad easily passed the written portion of the test, having Hattori stay in spirit form to gain all needed information then possessing each member of the team to write it down. Pretty simple for them to be honest. The next part is the part that changed him. Just like many years beforehand, too many participants passed the first round, so a preliminary testing was needed to cut down as many participants as possible. To do this, they made the 2nd test the scroll test in the forest once again. This time around they wanted to make it much more difficult, randomozing all the teams to the point where no one was with their original squad members.
Dragon was smoothly passing through the forest and the exam without any hitches, until something that shouldn't have happened. .. happened. His new randomized team ran into a team consisting of one of his original squad. His new team wanted even better chances so wanted to take out any team they ran across, including this one. Of course Dragon couldn't stop both of them without getting himself disqualified or bringing a much more difficult situation to the table, so he had no choice but to go all out and take his own partner's scroll. The fight went on for a while until something unheard of went down. One of his randomized teammates was shooting a pretty large blade of lightning towards the back of his real squad member, and she wasn't aware enough to evade or defend. Dragon immediately threw himself in the path, being struck in the chest as the girl is pushed to safety. His entire body became shocked, while his chest was deeply cut and burned from the lightning. From that point he had lost consciousness, though a few days later he had awoken in a hospital bed. Once he recovered from the burns enough to leave the hospital, he was informed he failed the 2nd portion of the Chuunin exams, but for his exemplary skill and caring actions he was still being promoted. Dragon simply shrugged off the news, and left the village in search for a higher power.
Other.
Tools and Such: Dragon is very adept in the use of the Wind release, which is his first affinity and also his signature element. Dragon is one of the most advanced Wind release user in his Generation, being able to perform every Wind release technique except for Kekkei Genkai techniques with a single and swift handseal. Dragon's second elemental affinity is the Earth release, he is also very adapt at using earth techniques at an accelerated speed. Being even on par with high level Iwagakure shinobi. Dragon has exactly 6 swords hidden within his attire, each one are razor sharp and fully capable of conducting Wind chakra. They are comparable to Kirabi's eight blades but about 2/3 of the length. Dragon is an exceptional genjutsu user also, his skill with genjutsu is so vast that it is said to rival even those of the Uchiha's. Most of his techniques focus around Pain; primarily using pain as a medium to torture his opponent, he would torture his most hated enemies rather than kill them quickly; something he chalks up to just "venting". He also has fairly above average speed, reflexes and tracking due to his intense Taijutsu training, Kenjutsu mastery and harsh training over many styles of close combat, thus doubling his base movement speed. His tool pouch is filled with steel crafted boomerangs but with the sizes comparable to small shuriken. Each boomerang would have an explosive tag and 5 senses disorder tag placed on them, being able to be remotely activated at will. Along with the tiny boomerangs, he carries a massive 5 1/2 foot long black boomerang on his back, used for his fatal impact techniques.
Being born Ambidextrous, Dragon is able to weild weapons such as his swords and boomerangs with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one he is using. While in combat with just a single sword he usually switches hands alot due to being so used to using two swords at once.
House Of Katsuryoku
Being mentored in the ways of the House's special abilities and signing the blood oath at Mt. Katsuryoku, Dragon has opened his ability to sense Spiritual energy. This allows him to sense Genki and living souls at an extended range. He sees everyone's spirit in colors, which differs from person to person, and can sense specific souls across entire countries. This in no way allows him to sense chakra, but without a doubt is a great asset to him. He's also gained the passive ability to completely control and even erase emotions within himself, only bringing them up if he is willing to feel said emotions. This of course is a trait of his training with Amaimon in the clans abilities.
Hattori
Hattori is Dragon's personal genki which he keeps around at all times, Similar to Tsunade's pet pig but a spirit nonetheless. Hattori holds no special abilities other than what a generic Genki can do. He can take on many forms but chooses to mock by taking on a sloppier form of a Chinese Dragon which is no bigger than his arm.
Scrolls:
Topography scrolls - Dragon, being a keen user of Earth Release carries many topography scrolls, both blank and ready-made with an ink pen strapped to it. His ready-prepared scrolls consist of three designs. The 1st causes a large maze with thirty meter tall walls to emerge from the ground. A unique feature about the maze is the spikes protruding from the top of each wall, preventing anyone from mounting themselves on the wall. Another unique look to it is the numerous Dragon body designs that cover the surface of all the walls, looking as if the walls were made of earthen Dragon scales.
The second scroll has a huge earthen pyramid drawn on it, thus turning the terrain into a massive pyramid that covers up to 60 meters around and stands 75 meters in height, leaving the user and everything around trapped in a dark, hallow pyramid.
The last scroll is quite simple. It creates numerous 20m tall, 8m thick walls that stand merely 5 meters apart side by side and front to back, spanning out into a 50m radius thus creating a field of huge walls around the terrain.
All these topography Scrolls are used for the Wheel of Fortune technique or Topography control technique.
Elemental Jutsu scrolls - Attached to his left leg are pre-made scrolls for three different elemental techniques that require it, just to have them ready.
