[Theory] Monkey D. Dragon

It's a bit far fetched theory but what if the is more to Monkey D. Dragon

Here's my theory Dragon was a Supernova wondering the New world to become PIrate king.
When he met a Noble women who wanted peace,equality and freedom in the world.
She fell in love with the infamous pirate Dragon and then had a child luffy and thus she was executed by other World Government Nobles but dragon was the intime to save luffy.Dragon left infuriated he gave luffy to garp where he would be safe.Leaving his dream to become pirate king he embarked on a journey to challenge and defeat the World Goverment collecting new nakama on the way and keep hiis beloved wifes/girlfriend dream of a world with peace equality and freedom.

i think monkey d dragon was a honest hard working marine.but when he saw so much corruption in world govt.and in celestial dragon he decides 2 become a revolutionery.(just my idea)

I saw this idea before, but I don't think Luffy will be a Noble, it would kinda taint what his character is for, that anyone deserves to be free and rank doesn't matter. Him being a Noble would kinda suck and ruin any conflict that could have been from punching that Noble at Saboady(spelling).

or he could have been an ex-marine and was unhappy with how the celestial dragons get away with everything so he formed the revolutionary army which would make some sense as a revolutionary army is formed when the government is screwed up and the people are unhappy

I think he was a Marine : his wife and Luffy's mother would be a Marine whom was executed for following her own rightful code of justice which differed from that of the Marines

To be commander in chief he would have to be fleet admiral. When Roger was executed dragon was about 20ish so I HIGHLY doubt it.

I didn't say he was. I was saying that everybody thinks he use to be highly admired, in the marines or something along those lines. If dragon was a marine then garp would've mentioned that during marine ford I believe or somebody would have

Sengoku was complaining about garps family and the trouble they've caused so you'd think he would talk about dragon leaving the marines to be the revolution leader. Garp was talking to ace and Luffy about how he wanted them to be marines but why not say to Luffy why not be a marine like me and your dad. Everybody knows dragon to be the revolution leader but nobody mentions his old life and people would've known him as a marine too

Sengoku was complaining about garps family and the trouble they've caused so you'd think he would talk about dragon leaving the marines to be the revolution leader. Garp was talking to ace and Luffy about how he wanted them to be marines but why not say to Luffy why not be a marine like me and your dad. Everybody knows dragon to be the revolution leader but nobody mentions his old life and people would've known him as a marine too

I think Dragon was a Marine VA before his fiancee/wife (luffy's mother) was killed by Marines. Dragon is causing trouble by directly opposing the government : wasn't that obvious? There's no deeper meaning.
Nobody mentions the old life of Garp. Everyone knows he was the devil to pirates.

Amazing find! The widows peak matches perfectly! this really makes Dragon being a former Marine just that more plausible.
