I don't think he does have a devil fruit imo. He doesn't really look like the type. Instead I think he has one of the ancient weapons, Uranus.

When his CotSK erupted, Garp did say that he also inherited it. So by this, it's safe to say he & Garp both have CotSK.



OT: As for his powers, I believe he has either the storm-storm fruit (Paramecia)/ Uranus or unbelievable mastery of Haki.

DRAGON should have a DRAGON devil fruit because it would match his name , i doubt Dragon is his birth name , i believe it is an epithet he goes by.
