Looks: Monir is a young man of average height (6 ft 3 in), weighing 160 pounds. He is fairly muscular and has a darker hazel-colored Egyptian-like skin tone. He has long, straight dirty blonde hair which he keeps in a back ponytail which reaches down to his shoulder blades (a ponytail similar to Itachi's, or Early Shippuden Kabuto's). He has feminine, bright yellow-colored eyes with long eyelashes and thin eyebrows. He wears the standard Suna flak jacket and forehead protector, but does not wear any bandages or turbans on his head.
Personality: Monir is very passionate and subject to his emotions. He can get easily frustrated, especially when he is made fun of for his feminine looks or his ponytail. He is very self-conscious about his image, but he can be witty and humorous, especially with comrades. Overall, he is kindhearted and truly does care about his friends.

History: Monir was born and raised in Sunagakure. His parents were killed in the last great ninja war by ninja from Iwa, when he was six years old. Because of this, he has always held a strong dislike for Iwagakure. He was raised by his uncle, an elite ninja and a close advisor to the Kazekage. His uncle passed on to him the art of Ballon-style ninjutsu.

Note: Launching the balloon itself costs 2-3 chakra points, depending on whether the balloon is reinforced or not. Exploding the paper bomb on the balloon costs 3 chakra points.
