[Theory] Monet's Yuki Yuki No Mei an Artificial Devil Fruit and Kaido's SMILE Army

I've been thinking about this from a couple of days now and I think Monet's Yuki Yuki No Mei was an Artificial Devil Fruit made by Vegapunk or Ceaser.

I think whichever of the two made the Devil Fruit was trying to combine powers of two classes of DF's into one single fruit. O_O

It only fits that a Genius like Vegapunk would try and do something like bringing powers of two DF classes into one single DF.

Monet not reverting back to her human limbs is probably a side effect of the DF she ate.

Even Momo has a similar if not the exact same issue. He cannot go back and forth to his Dragon form on his own free will.

If this is true and Vegapunk and Ceaser were indeed trying to bring powers of two classes of DFs into one single DF then I think Kaidou’s Army will have Zoan-Paramecian and Zoan-Logia users.

I thought about it too but unlike Brownbeard and his men Monet had her limbs intact so I don't think it was Law's work.
